What if I drive into the London Congestion Zone?
This can be a bit tricky, but the area is sign posted heavily. Essentially you are responsible for paying this yourself either on the day or next day. This can be done online or by phone. Failure to do so will result in a £60 fine from Transport for London which then goes up steeply if not paid within 14 days. The best thing is to either take alternate routes or park your camper in a suburb for the day. Don't worry though, our depots are well outside the congestion zone.
Does my Quotation guarantee availability and what is a Booking Request?
Unfortunately the Quotation doesn't actually guarantee that we definitely have availability for the dates you have requested. This is especially true over the summer months or when certain festivals are on like Glastonbury. The best thing is to give us a call if you are uncertain.
A Booking Request is similar to the Quotation in that we can't guarantee your request, but we will check the dates you want and then advice whether you are good to go. If we can't meet your request you don't have to worry about losing a deposit, as we only take the deposit when the dates are definitely available.
When should I book for Glastonbury or other festivals?
We've noticed a huge increase in the enquiries for Glastonbury and other festivals. To get a place, you literally need to contact us as soon as tickets go on sale. Unfortunately a week before is a little hopeful...
Can I take a choose my camper?
Sorry, but generally we allocate campers ahead of time depending on where they are going, the length of time and servicing requirements. All our campers are laid out the same and drive exactly the same.
